Welcome to VisionCut ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at visioncut.in (together or individually "Service") operated by VisionCut.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

VisionCut provides digital marketing, video editing, branding, and web development services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time via a general notice.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to fulfill our services.

Unless otherwise stated, VisionCut and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on VisionCut. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Client Ownership:

Upon full payment, the client is granted exclusive usage rights to final deliverables (e.g., exported videos, final logo files) for their intended business use. VisionCut retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

By using our services, you confirm that you will not use our services for any purposes that are illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

You must not:

• Publish any material from VisionCut without proper attribution where required.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from VisionCut that you do not own rights to.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from VisionCut for commercial redistribution.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We serve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. For custom projects, a 50% deposit is typically required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before final file delivery.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall VisionCut, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
